Advisor of Programming

Brandy Johnson is an educator and nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families across educational and community-based settings. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how social systems shape outcomes, particularly for women and children navigating complex challenges.

 

As Advisor of Programming at You Made a Way, Brandy supports the development and implementation of programs designed to help women and their children navigate domestic abuse and rebuild stability. She brings a structured, systems-informed approach to expanding access to support while contributing to broader efforts to improve outcomes within the family court system.

Raised in Oklahoma and Arkansas, Brandy holds degrees in Sociology and Education from Northeastern State University. She is committed to advancing solutions that integrate direct support with long-term systemic change.
